Allyson B. Goldscher has been recognized by the distinguished national attorney rating service Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star in Family Law for the tenth year in a row. Super Lawyers® determines the best attorneys in the country by completing evaluations in over 70 different practice areas. To create their lists of top lawyers, a variety of factors are examined, including experience, client results, and peer feedback.

A graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Ms. Goldscher is a longtime Baltimore resident who practices family law in the state of Maryland. She has showed continued commitment to helping families and individuals through difficult cases that involve child custody, divorce, alimony, child support, adoption, and other aspects of family law.

A commitment to community

Ms. Goldscher has achieved a high level of professional certification, including:

  • Court-Appointed Lawyer representing children in cases involving custody or access
  • Court-Designated Mediator eligible to receive Maryland Circuit Court referrals
  • Qualified Court-Designated Mediator in child custody and access disputes

Ms. Goldscher devotes time as a Volunteer Settlement Officer for the Circuit Court of Baltimore’s Family Division. Additionally, she works with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service as well as Jewish Legal Services. Ms. Goldscher is known for her hard work and commitment to the community, and she is proud of the community efforts in which she participates.

What is a “Super Lawyer” Rising Star?

Super Lawyers only awards its Rising Star rating to outstanding lawyers under the age of 40 with at least ten years of experience practicing law, and less than 3 percent of the attorneys nominated each year receive the rating. For this reason, Ms. Goldscher is honored to receive the Rising Star rating for the tenth year in a row and hopes to continue helping clients with their family law cases in Baltimore and the surrounding areas.
